Magnesium Oxide arts and crafts

Dolomite and magnesite carbonation method calcined dolomite (xMgCO3? YCaCO3) or magnesite (MgCO3) and digested Mg (OH) 2 and Ca (OH) 2 with water, and calcium bicarbonate and by-product calcium carbonate were obtained by carbonization of CO2. After the removal of calcium carbonate, the mother liquor (heavy magnesium water) is obtained, and then the basic magnesium carbonate is obtained by pyrolysis. The light Magnesium Oxide can be made by calcining 8~10h at 850 ~900. 2 brine ammonium bicarbonate is used as raw material to produce light Magnesium Oxide by using ammonium bicarbonate or carbonized ammonia water. After being purified, the brine was decomposed to 1~4h with ammonium bicarbonate to form magnesium carbonate precipitation. After washing the polyester precipitation with deionized water, the magnesium carbonate was dried and calcined at 800 ~900 C for light Magnesium Oxide. The 3 brine - soda method is diluted to about 1.16 of the relative density by adding water in the brine, then refined first, then added to the reaction kettle, and then adding the relative density to control the refining solution of the alkali in the reaction kettle, so that the temperature of the reaction kettle is controlled at about 55 C, so that the brine and the soda will be reacted to produce the alkaline magnesium carbonate, and the dehydration is made. Solid liquid separation, remove clear liquid, sediment after rinsing, centrifuge separation and other processes, first drying, and then calcined at (700~900) C, so that the alkaline magnesium carbonate decomposition into Magnesium Oxide, carbon dioxide, Magnesium Oxide through crushing, wind selection to make light Magnesium Oxide. The 4 brine ammonia method uses refined brine to react with ammonia to form magnesium hydroxide precipitation. After the reaction material is filtered, the mother liquor of magnesium hydroxide is obtained. Magnesium hydroxide is calcined and calcined to obtain light Magnesium Oxide. 5 brine calcareous brine is used as raw material and lime or dolomite as precipitant to form magnesium hydroxide precipitation.  Precipitates were filtered, washed, dried and calcined to obtain light Magnesium Oxide. 6 magnesite ammonium sulphate method calcined Magnesium Oxide with ammonium sulfate or ammonium nitrate to produce Magnesium Sulfate or magnesium nitrate and ammonia. The prepared Magnesium Sulfate can also absorb ammonia to produce magnesium hydroxide. Magnesium hydroxide is washed, dried and calcined to obtain light Magnesium Oxide. 7 Magnesium Oxide produced brucite production by high quality brucite through high temperature calcination to produce light burning water magnesia stone powder, light burning magnesium stone powder and ammonium chloride reaction to produce magnesium chloride, magnesium chloride solution absorption of ammonia to produce magnesium hydroxide precipitation. Precipitates were filtered, washed, dried and calcined to obtain light Magnesium Oxide. 8 serpentine produced Magnesium Oxide from the serpentine to extract Magnesium Sulfate or magnesium chloride, and then use sodium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonia as precipitant, precipitate magnesium carbonate or magnesium hydroxide from magnesium salt, and then produce light Magnesium Oxide. 9 ion exchange method was used to exchange magnesium chloride and ammonium bicarbonate through ion exchange resin.
